Working Group Digitization & Lean Management
On Wednesday, May 16, 2018, the 4th event of the working group Industry 4.0 of the network automotive thüringen took place in the ARENA Erfurt. For the first time, the series of events organized by IPOL GmbH was held in cooperation with Logistik Netzwerk Thüringen.
In addition to the plant tours at the logistics companies KNV Logistik GmbH and ZALANDO Logistics, the following topics were the focus of the event as part of the lecture series "From practitioners for practitioners":

• Internal clocked transport concepts
• Automation of transports
• Smart Apps in production logistics
• Smart organizational solutions in warehousing, goods receipt and dispatch
